Early Years Practitioner Level 3, Senior Room Lead

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join our day care setting. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care, education, and support to children in our facility. Your primary focus will be on creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive while adhering to the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and Development Matters guidelines. You must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education). Have previous experience working with children in a day care, nursery, or similar setting. You should hold a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and Development Matters guidelines and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
