Deputy Manager - Early Years Setting

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Little Genius Day Nursery. As a key member of our leadership team, the Deputy Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the manager in ensuring a smooth operation of the nursery and maintaining the highest standards of care and education for all children. You may also work as part of the staff ratio. The post requires a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent and proven experience working in a senior role within an Early Years setting. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills and sound knowledge of early childhood development and curriculum frameworks.
